ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Sören!
I am a Media Production student at TH OWL specializing in 3D animation and Visual Effects. My work is driven by the challenge of finding sincerity within technical control, transforming movement into believable intention.
WHAT I DO
- Character Animation: I enjoy exploring performance-driven storytelling. My student projects, such as the short film "SPLASHBACK," have been shown at festivals like the River Film Festival in Italy and FISH Filmfestival Rostock.
- VFX & Teaching: I am fascinated by VFX pipelines and workflows. I’ve had the opportunity to share my experiences with Maya and Blender as a CG Tutor and as a speaker during the school presentations at FMX 2026.
- Design Work: Currently, I support a medium-sized IT firm as a student assistant, where I create 3D visualizations and animations for social media.
When I’m not at my desk, I like to spend time on photography or sit down at the piano every now and then, something I’ve done since I was six. These interests definitely help me develop a better feeling for rhythm and composition in my digital work.
I’m always looking for opportunities to bring my technical skills into creative, international teams and thrive in environments where professional feedback is part of the process.
